WELCOME

The Sanctuary is equipped with video surveillance featuring a number plate recognition system, with the plate number being recorded on the ticket. Payment of the Flat Rate Fee, which is calculated from the moment of entry, must be made at the Automatic Pay Station located next to the Ticket Office. Please retain your ticket until you exit.
Parking does not constitute a contract of deposit for the vehicle or any items inside it. For safety reasons, it is not permitted for people or animals to remain inside the vehicle once parked. The Sanctuary accepts no liability for damage caused by third parties, theft, or robbery. The customer is responsible for any damage they may cause to the car park.
In the event of a lost ticket, the Flat Rate Fee will be charged. Should the vehicle remain in the car park beyond the day of entry, a fee of €10 per additional day will apply. For assistance, please contact the Sanctuary Ticket Office.

PAYMENT

Enter the vehicle’s number plate or scan the QR code using the reader.

Make payment using an electronic card or coins (€0.10, €0.20, €0.50, €1, €2).

Upon exit, the barrier will open automatically by reading your number plate or, alternatively, by scanning the ticket’s QR code.

Please retain your ticket until you exit.
